How to make an egg cake ?

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

4 tbsp. warm water

1 cup flour

1 level teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon flavoring extract

1 cup of oil

Coking methodstep 1

• Beat eggs in a medium size bowl for 2 minutes

Step 2• Add sugar

Beat the eggs until they are soft and creamy.

Step 3

Add four tbsp warm water

Beat water and eggs for one minutes.

• Sift flour and baking powder together.

Add flavoring extract. Place in a shallow pan .

Step 5

Bake it in an oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Then it down to 375 degrees. For 20 minutes.

step 6finally pull out the cake from the oven and

now you have a delicious cake.
