In 2012 he created and now leads the company’s Accelerator programs where new internal start-ups are being created. A former media entrepreneur, Lassi has also been responsible for creating the tablet version of Helsingin Sanomat newspaper and leading Sanoma’s international mobile priority program. Previously, he has managed development teams and led task forces aimed at creating brilliant services. He has a deep understanding of the dynamics of online communities with professional and user-created content, and has strong experience in motivating teams to work towards a common goal.
