Introduction

To understand cause and effect is to understand energy. Everything is energy. What we say, what we do, what we decide, where we go, how we handle life….all has to do

with cause and effect.

Life is what we think it will be. Decisions we make come from what we perceive is happening. So, it behooves us to stop, contemplate, study, observe and then act. More often than not, if we come from a place of fear, the end result will CAUSE a situation that creates more fear. If we come from a place of misplaced anger, the end result will CAUSE us to be angrier or CAUSE another person to react in anger. If we come from a place of scarcity, the end result will CAUSE us scarcity. The EFFECTS of all this shows itself, not only in our own life, but in those lives around us, which inevitably

EFFECTS the whole world.

Therefore, it is obvious that we owe it to ourselves to take charge and lead in our own individual CAUSE by looking at the EFFECT we truly want to achieve.

One cannot change bad things from happening. As well, one cannot change another person. In truth, so much is out of our control. The only control and power we have, is to change and guide ourselves. Just the EFFECT of knowing this wisdom can CAUSE a

complete change in our daily lives.

In the end result, we become, though still riddled with challenges, calmer, more peaceful, more loving and serene. Emotional intelligence and positive beliefs within ourselves can transform our whole planet. It just takes one person at a time, one good decision at a time…..and voilà…..this can CAUSE EFFECTS that are simply

miraculous.

Never think we, as individuals are not important. Everything we say, do or decide can transmute hate to love, fear to faith, scarcity to prosperity and ignorance to wisdom.

The well-known expression; “May the Force be With You” is a serious matter indeed. We all have the power to decide which force we will let come through us and from us.

The simple rule for a powerful EFFECT of goodness is………..

Inspect, Reflect then if necessary Deflect.

Reigniting our Spark

3

When we are birthed, our unique spark is suffused with unlimited potential. This energy comes to us from the universe through our hearts. It is only when we become exposed to traumatic events, which is inescapable in this world, that our heart becomes protective and sometimes hardened. Our ego takes over separating us from our truths and disconnecting us from our heartfelt feelings. Our unique spark diminishes to a pilot light and we exist just trying to survive the challenges of everyday life. We become

hardened and pessimistic.

The purpose of this exercise is to reclaim our original birthright. Then, no matter how challenging and difficult the circumstances, we never stray

from our hearts. As a result, we remain awakened and empowered.

There are five paths to protecting our unique spark:

S – peak our truth

P – rotect our integrity

Exercise 4Believing

Defined by the Dictionary...

Miracles: An event in the natural world but out of its established order.

Something amazing and wonderful.

Miracles occur constantly in our lives, yet we are just too preoccupied to notice. We do not even give them their due credit. We need to expand our awareness and consciousness so that they become an expected result. Then our life will

become a complete celebration filled with wonder instead of wonder why.

Miracles are manifested through three vehicles.

Unlimited BeliefMiracles cannot happen unless we believe in the extraordinary,

not just the ordinary.

Pure IntentionFor a miracle to occur, we must be extremely pure ourselves.

Our intentions need to be honorable.

Heartfelt FocusOur heart is what instigates a miraculous event. Love is the almighty leader

of things happening beyond our imagination.

InstructionsAside from the three vehicles, we all have certain keys that

open the door to miracles manifesting in our life.

Exercise 4Mentoring

A mentor is likened to having a goal, a dream or a vision. A mentor is someone who gives us something to strive for.

We are all here to teach and learn. This has nothing to do with our age. It has to do with our human experience. Therefore, we all need to be seekers and adventurers of life. Copying someone whom we admire is the first step to developing our own empowerment. Doing something well is nice but

doing something that is difficult and staying with it... is mighty.

On the other hand, striving to be a mentor for someone else is also extremely important. People today need this more than ever before. We are never to

think we are not important or not being watched, no matter our age.

A mentor can be someone from history, someone personally we know, our family, our friend, someone famous, or someone we read about. They can

be here or passed on.

Instructions

1. Identify your mentor for each category and why you chose them.

2. Whom are you a mentor for and why?

3. Choose the mentor that means the most to you.

4. Put a picture of your mentor, or an article, or anything that keeps you in touch with them.
