Overview Now in its 33 rd year, the 2018 Dangerous Goods seminar is an annual two-day training event which covers a range of issues for everyone involved in the manufacture, handling and transport of dangerous goods. Whether you are a registered DGSA, or are otherwise involved in the handling of dangerous goods, this seminar will be of benefit to you. This is the only event of its kind in the UK where you will have the opportunity to see presentations by experts from within both government and private industry. Importantly, you will be able to put specific questions directly to the Regulators who will be available on both days. The first session of day 1 is aimed specifically at those who are relatively new to the industry, or could do with a refresher on the subject. It provides not only an introduction to the legislation and the terms used, but also explains what the roles of the different parties are and when and how to contact them. The session aims to ensure that the whole seminar reaches as wide an audience as possible. After the event, all delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email. 33 rd Annual Dangerous Goods Seminar 5 th & 6 th June 2018 Mercure Daventry Court Hotel, Northamptonshire www.dft.gov.uk/vca Terms and conditions About the event: The list of exhibitors and running schedule is correct at the time of publication, but may change at any time prior to the event.
