Important information about Merit Basis application form

• There is a single application form for both the course merit as well as entrance form

• This time Delhi University has change the procedure of merit application process. fill up your form and pay the fees.

• When the cutoff release at that time you can choose your college and course as per your need

List of Document required at the time of Registration

• Photocopy of all the documents listed below

• On the photocopy of each document, the applicant must sign and write “self attested”

• Scan all these self attested copies and keep then saved on the device

• Passport size photograph( JPG format 10 -50KB)

• Scanned signature of the applicant ( JPG format 10 -50 kb)

• Self –attested Class X certificate/marksheetcontaining DOB

• Self attested class XII mark sheet, if results have been announced.

• SC/ST/PWD/CW/KM certificate ( in the name of the applicant) issued by the competent Authority

• OBC ( Non-creamy layer certificate ) in the name of the applicant issued march31,2020

• EWS certificate issued by SDM certifying the applicant can claim reservation under this category,dated 31st March,2020 or later

• Self attested copies of sports and/or ECA certificates, if applying under these categories

• Link of the uploaded clip on YouTube for admission in BA(H) music, if applying for BA (H) Music

• Self attested copies of medical certificate from Govt hospital/primary health centre, highest sports achievement certificate along with supporting certificate if applying for B.sc. In Physical education,health education and sports

Admission Form Bulletin• Once you’ve entered the DU website, you can notice the Admissions 2020 –

UG Admissions Portal 2020. Kindly click on that.

Register Online• Once you click on the UG Admissions Bulletin, you will be redirected to the

form registration page. Kindly click on New Registration.

Register as a new user• Once you enter the page, type in all the columns and click

‘Register’.

Personal Details• Once you’ve entered all the details, click on Submit.

Personal Details - Preview• Once you’ve clicked on Submit, you’ll be able to see the Preview. Click on

‘Next’ to move ahead.

Academic Details• If your 12th result is not declare kindly select awaited in academic

column so later you can fill your marks. Once you’ve entered the

Academic details, you can click on ‘Submit’.

Academic Details - Preview• Once you’ve clicked on ‘Submit’, you will be directed to the Preview page

where you can check the details and click on ‘Next’.

College Preference• Choose the colleges based on the preferences. And choose the Test

Centres. Click on ‘Submit’ after that.

Preference - Preview• Once you’ve reached the preview option, click on ‘Submit’ option to

move ahead.

Sports Quota• If you have a proficient Sports participation or certificate, Add the

Sports & details to the form, and click on ‘Submit’.

Extra Curricular Activities• Once you have mentioned the details of extra curricular activities,

click on Submit and Next.

Documents Upload• You may Upload Photograph (Min File Size: 10KB, Max File Size : 50 KB;Accepted

formats .jpg .jpeg .png) and Signature (Min File Size: 10KB, Max File Size : 50

KB;Accepted formats .jpg .jpeg .png).

• Upload scanned copy of Self-Attested Class X Board Certificate for the Date of Birth

(Min File Size: 100KB, Max File Size : 500 KB Accepted formats .jpg .jpeg .png)

Application Preview• Kindly check the details in the form and ‘I Agree’ and click on

‘Submit’.

Verify & Proceed to Payment• Place a check mark on all the options to verify the details and click on

‘Payment Gateway’.

• After the payment, you’ll receive a payment confirmation on-screen.

• You’ll be re-directed to the Form Completion section, where you’d complete the form.

• Kindly keep your password save, so you can login and keep a track of your application.
