HOW TO ACCESS ARENA SCHEDULING

STEP 1

• On your MacBook or PC, open Firefox or Chrome and navigate to the URL http://www.grisd.net

• Under the menu APPLICATIONS, choose SKYWARD, then GRADEBOOK/FAMILY ACCESS

STEP 2

• Login into Skyward Gradebook/Family Access with your user id and password.

• If you do not know your account info, please see www.grisd.net for assistance

STEP 3

• On the left side menu, choose/click on Arena Scheduling

• If Arena Scheduling is not listed for you, either it’s not your window or there is a technical issue. Contact the High School office at 254-898-3800 with help for this issue

STEP 4

• Choose the Next Years link under your first name to access arena scheduling.

• You have now accessed Arena Scheduling.

• There are more videos available to help with creating a schedule and submitting it.

NOTE: Choose the correct year pair. For the upcoming year pair, it will be2020 – 21.
