OBJECTIVE

The aim of the study is to assess the social and psychological changes that orthodontic treatment has on patient`s student life.

MATERIAL AND METHOD

The research instrument:

an online questionnaire posted on University of Medicine and Pharmacy groups of Targu Mures questions were related to:

Why orthodontic treatment Difficulties while wearing braces Painful embarrassment support

The questionnaire was completed by 80 students,77 currently wearing braces

RESULTS 84,4% ARE WOMEN AND ONLY 15,6% MEN.
