Daily Power Drink • 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 1 Tablespoon (approx. 9.1g) X-Cell+
• 8-12 oz (240 to 360 ml) Water
Mix together in shaker cup
Daily Freshness• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 12 oz (360 ml) of Peppermint Tea prepared to preferred taste
• Allow the Peppermint Tea to cool
• Add 3-6 Ice Cubes
Mix together in shaker cup or blender
Classic Daily Drink• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 1 Level Scoop (60 cc Scoop) Vanilla or Chocolate Triple Protein Shake
• 8-12 oz (240 to 360 ml) Water, Orange Juice or Milk (2% or Soya)
Mix together in shaker cup
Delicious Chocolate Daily Pudding• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 1 Level Scoop (60cc Scoop) Chocolate Triple Protein Shake
• 6 oz (170ml) Water
Mix together in shaker cup
Add ¼ cup (30g) muesli in a bowl and pour in the shake mixture.
Let it stand for 4-5 minutes then add a pinch of Cinnamon (to taste)

• 1/3-1/2 Cup Frozen Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries or Blackberries)
• Pinch of Cinnamon (to taste)
Mix together in blender
Blue Mango Heaven• 2 Level Scoops (26.1 g) Daily
• 8-12 oz (240 to 360 ml) Water, Nonfat Milk or Soya Milk
• 1/4-1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
• 1/3-1/2 Cup Blueberries
Mix together in blender
Orange Chocolate Shake• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 1 Level Scoop (60cc Scoop) Chocolate Triple Protein Shake
• 1 Orange (peeled)
• 8-12oz (240 to 360ml) Nonfat Milk or Soya Milk
• 3-6 Ice Cubes
Mix together in blender
Melon Madness• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 8-12oz (240 to 360ml) Water, Nonfat Milk or Soya Milk
• 1/4-1/2 Cup Frozen Watermelon
Mix together in blender
Espresso Daily Kick• 2 Level Scoops (26.1g) Daily
• 1 Level Scoop (60cc Scoop) Vanilla Triple Protein Shake
• 8-12oz (240 to 360ml) Water
• 1.5 oz (42ml) Espresso prepared to preferred taste
Allow the Espresso to cool
Mix together in shaker cup
