Department produces Social Media
Marketing Plans to organize the
promotion of events on Social Media.
• These plans are sent to meeting
planners months in advance with notice
of what is needed from them to promote
their events on ICSC’s Social Media
platforms.
• Meeting Planners are given a due date
for when information is needed to ensure
the event is promoted on Social Media.

• No more than 30-seconds
• In landscape mode at 16x9 ratio
• No background noise
• Be clear and enthusiastic for the event
Blog Q&A:
• Used to introduce attendees to event
speakers
• Must include High-Res photo of the speaker

• Send photos live during the event to

• Photos appear on Twitter and Instagram as
well as in photo galleries on Facebook or
Google+ after the event.
