Mr. Elhagmusa said a grant has been submitted through Friends of the Lower Olentangy Watershed (F.L.O.W.) for 35 street trees in Weinland Park. The trees will be planted in the tree lawn between the front sidewalk and the curb. The City of Columbus also has been asked to conduct a tree survey of the neighborhood. He suggested that homeowners request a street tree online through the city. He asked if rental property owners could request the city to plant a tree in the tree lawn. He noted that the city code requires two trees in the tree lawn of a property. Anna Soter asked who is responsible for maintaining the trees and removing fallen leaves. The business of the Housing Committee being concluded, Mr. Krupp and Mr. Elhagmusa adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
