Household of Frederick Lewis, Prince of Wales 1729-1751 (omits officers of the Duchy of Cornwall) Frederick’s household was paid for out of the hereditary revenues of the Prince of Wales and an allowance of £24,000 per annum paid out of the Civil List. Household of Frederick Lewis, Prince of Wales 1729-1751 (omits officers of the Duchy of Cornwall)

Frederick’s household was paid for out of the hereditary revenues of the Prince of Wales and an allowance of £24,000 per annum paid out of the Civil List. By 1735 the surveyor general made £100 in patent fee and £800 in salary. By the establishment of December 1735, this fell to £66 13s 4d and £800, respectively.
