7. 7. Colfax Motel & Street Ministry Partner with House of Purpose as we minister with Mean Street Ministries on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. House of Purpose & Mean Street Ministries distribute food, prayer, community resource lists, and encouragement to various motels along Colfax door by door. People are coming to House of Purpose Ministries to connect with their purpose so that their life will have hope and meaning. Note: Van rides to the House of Purpose on Sundays is made available at doors.

9. 9. Men & Women of Purpose Groups The Men and Women have dinner first at 5:30pm. Study starts at 6PM. Typically the group studies a video presentation. Discussions include: Setting Boundaries, Soul Detox (examining anger, depression, relationships, addictions), and many others Testimonies of changed lives from the street to purpose.

We pray at House of Purpose with several ministries and then carry the Cross and provide resource material on East Colfax. Partner with us for street ministry in our neighborhood connecting with hearts under the power of the Holy Spirit and the unity and fellowship of Christ!

We also have many vehicles arrive during the event like vintage military and low rider cars. In addition a live band will perform, many outreach ministries have booths, and childrens activities are present.

A home-cooked meal also goes a long way to providing comfort. We really work at placing a person who can really minister to people at every table.

People who are in need of household items, food bags, vitamins, resource location lists, and clothing access this room after a House of Purpose service. These resources and provisions can take the edge off surviving. We work to connect afterwards with the heart of their particular situation. Note: All recipients are entered into the database for follow up and to track the types of resources provided.
