    Open Existing AutoPIPE Model

    Analyze for Gravity, thermal, 2seismic loadings

    Export to DGN

    (File > Export, Select LoadCombination)

    Open DGN model

    Show all insulation in the model inorder to export it

    Create a new clash detection job

    Apply appropriate tolerances, levels

    Tools > Combinations (Select non-code combinations)

    Generate an output report to determine areas of maximum displacement

    Check the maximum displacements in X, Y, Z directions as possible areas of clashes

    Hint: Show the insulation defined in the model (View > Show Options > Pipe Insulation) to

    include the additional thickness when exporting for clash detection.

    Click on 2 levelsSEG_C_STRESS_MESH_DEFLECTED and SEG_D_STRESS_MESH_DEFLECTEDAnd drag to Set A box

    Note: Alternatively, select the items from the Plant model you want to clash with, e.g. Structure,Equipment, etc., and add them to Set A (Red). The deflected AutoPIPE piping models can be

    selected for Set B (Blue) from the referenced-in stress models.

    Under Rules, define a new Rule Suppress clashes within the same level i.e. on same segment

    or line number

    Create a markup for clash 2, click on the markup icon

    A Markup name Clash2_Clash1 is created

    Or click the Task Create Clash Markup
