Gabbiani Aprilia Marittima is the ideal base for recreational navigation in the

Upper Adriatic and centre for precious privacy and well-being. A fully-equipped

harbour for 300 boats of 12 to 25 metres, a large dry storage area, the “dry

marina”, with wharves and bridges serviced with fully-equipped crane-pass

for craft of 7-15 metres, swimming-pools, whirlpools, playground, restaurant

and every type of intergrated service, like a pump out system and WI-FI Internet

connection make Marina Punta Gabbiani one of the most efficient Marina

EQUIPMENT. With the pump-out system provided for each mooring place, the pumping and discharge of on-board black waters is allowed.

The super-equipped harbour guarantees a safe and welcoming

landing with a whole range of services aimed at ensuring an ideal stay at

the Punta Gabbiani complex. Each berth is provided with water, power supply

to 8kw, satellite TV, WI-FI Internet connection, pump out system. 24 hours a

day, 365 days a year, an efficient assistance service guarantees the ultimate

security for guests and their boats.

WELCOME. Sailing or motorboat, and whatever flag is flown, your boat is welcome.

IN THE WATER. The dock can accommodate boats from 10 to 25 metres (33 - 82 feet), with spacious moorings and parking a stone’s throw from the quay.

CONNECTED. Water, electricity, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and pump-out system. Every single boat-place is served, complete with all the necessary services.

THE DRY MARINA WITH CRANE-PASS

SPACE. Boats ashore are arranged in neat rows and separated from one another to facilitate all the operations.

PERFECTIONISTS. Highly specialised operators take care of the handling of the crane in a safe and professional manner.

DEDICATION. From the launch to the haul, right through to hull cleaning, our four travel-lifts ensure your boat a constant and complete treatment.

Marina Punta Gabbiani is able to offer a convenient and

alternative possibility, reserved to all the boats from 7 to 15 metres: the

“Dry- Marina” or “dry dock”, allows everyone to enjoy their boats leaving

them on dockyards all year long. Equipped quays with footbridges allow to

have power supply, water, pump out system, satellite TV and WI-FI Internet

connection. With the “crane-pass” it will possible to have unlimited hauling

and hull washing in very short time, whenever you want, with or without notice.

ON BOARD. Our raised piers allow you to stay on-board the boat with all the necessary connections: water, electricity, TV, Wi-Fi and the pump-out system.

EQUIPMENT. The pump-out system - service for the pumping out of on-board black waters - is also available for boat-places in the dry marina.

AN OASIS OF RELAXATIONWELL-BEING AND FUN

For time not spent at sea, Marina Punta Gabbiani provides

for fun and relaxation in its well-equipped verdant areas: swimming-pools

with heated water, whirlpools with 40°C thermal water, playarea and pools

for children. In peace and tranquillity and reserved exclusively for clients.

ROMANTIC. On returning to port or after a day beside the swimming pool, an unforgettable dinner awaits you at the Punta Gabbiani restaurant and bar.

EXTRA SERVICES. A personal card allows our customers access to all the facilities at the Marina, from the swimming pools to the bathrooms to the laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers. For the amusement of the children there is an outdoor playground.

PLEASURE. The natural artesian water entering the large whirlpool baths at the Marina Punta Gabbiani at 40° C, extends the pleasure of the outdoor whirlpools even during spring and autumn.

HAPPINESS. Calm parents and happy children, thanks to the shallow water swimming pools, open all day and managed by our friendly and professional lifeguards.

WELLNESS. Surrounded by greenery, the Marina Punta Gabbiani swimming pools have water at a controlled temperature, with a bar, restaurant and offices right beside them.

ASSISTANCE & MAINTENANCE

Four travel lifts of 20, 30 and 80 ton capacity provide for the

towage and launching operations, on any day of the year. Naturally, all the

necessary integral services are available for every boat; painting, varnishing,

antifouling paint, fibreglass repairs, complete antiosmosis cycle, renewal of

hulls, carpentery, joinery, machine-shop, adjustments to hydraulic, electric

and electronic systems on board. Work is carried out by efficient, specialized

craftsmen employed within our complex.

ON TIME. Using high quality materials the skilled carpenters working at the Marina Punta Gabbiani are punctual with their work and can carry out complex repairs and installations.

SPECIALISTS. Polishing, antifouling, fibreglass repairs and impeccable paint jobs. The best nautical handymen are at your service.

FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. A large shed with a centralised facility ensures the aspiration, filtering and the removal of powders and paints, all at controlled temperatures and humidity.

YOUR BOAT IN GOOD HANDS. For long-term storage, boats are arranged in a dedicated area, equipped with water, electricity and car parking.

ENVIRONMENT. Our marina has a green thumb: we provide for the collection of used oil, batteries and waste (strictly sorted for recycling!) and the pumping off of sewage, fire alarm systems and the disposal of boatyard wastes.
