Non-stop OperationA reject function allows non-stop operation. Errored booklets are rejected into the built-in reject tray so only good booklets are delivered to the conveyor.

Color TouchscreenThe 10.4 inch large color touchscreen features intuitive, icon-based operation for easy operation and quick troubleshooting.

High Speed ProductionMaximum production speed is 4,500 books per hour with A5 booklets.

Quality ControlThe wire feeding sensor and jog sensor are equipped to maximize productivity and efficiency. Optional mis-stitch detector and thickness detector are available for higher quality control.

Su función de eyección permite una producción contínua sin paradas. Los juegos defectuosos son desviados a una bandeja. Solo los juegos correctos son entregados en la salida.

Su pantalla touchscreen es de operación intuitiva, basada en íconos para facilitar el manejo y la corrección de probelmas.

Todos los ajustes necesarios se realizan automáti-camente ingresando las medidas en el panel touchscreen. Es muy sencillo cambiar de 2 a 4 perforaciones.

Las correas superior e inferior aseguran un transporte estable de los pliegos. Incluye ademas un soplador de air para mayor precisión y estabili-dad de producción.

Su perforado de alta velocidad no afecta la velocidad de producción del SPF-200A. Los modos perforado, prensado o bypass pueden ser seleccionados para una eficiente producción en línea.

*La velocidad de producción puede variar de acuerdo al tipo de trabajo, espesor y condición del papel.

La distancia desde el lomo hasta el perforado puede ser ajustada entre 9 mm hasta 14 mm desde el panel.

Mientras la impresión digital se vuelve mas popular, las soluciones de terminación se tornan mas diversas. La impresión variable con distinto contenido ó cantidad de páginas esta creciendo. High Speed ProductionMaximum production speed is 4,500 books per hour with A5 booklets.

Quality ControlThe wire feeding sensor and jog sensor are equipped to maximize productivity and efficiency. Optional mis-stitch detector and thickness detector are available for higher quality control.

JDF WorkflowSystem can be enhanced with JDF workflow from upstream to the postpress using pXnet bindery control system.
