Acceptable forms of payment: The following banks transfer may be accepted for deposits : - Maybank - Public Bank Modification Policy: Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability at time of change. Cancellation Policy: - Full refund if cancel 7 days or more prior to stay. - Charged one night's room rate if cancel 0-5 days prior to stay. PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are forfeited if guest checks out of the hotel prior to the check-out date. JusInn Loves Pets: - Cleaning fee* of RM50 per night will be charged (Maximum of RM150 will be charged for stays of three nights and more) - No more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom - Guests arriving with pets will be placed in pet friendly rooms - Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning - Dogs may be walked in designated areas only - If the dog's behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter - Pets are not allowed in the kitchen Smoking Policy: JusInn House 22 is a smoke-free homestay. Our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the house with the exception of designated outdoor areas. RM250 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms. Parking: Complimentary guest parking is available in the house. It is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
