1. FY-10 Update
► Grant closure is July 31, 2012
► All funds, unless extension approved, will
be swept to BVCOG for reallocation to an
existing regional project
► Jurisdictions with extensions may be
required to submit periodic status reports to
SAA

► Grant closure is “tentative” for November
2013
► All reimbursement requests must be
submitted to SAA NLT August 31, 2013
► EHP’s if required should be submitted at
least six months prior to grant closure

► Projects were approved by Board July 11,
2012
► Projects are in SPARS pending approval by
SAA (anticipated by mid-August)
► Projects not meeting criteria will be returned
to the COG for reevaluation
► Anticipate increased SAA monitoring; be
prepared.
