Our homes at Ravensdale & Rushden in Upper Norwood are a collection of apartments and houses.
The 15 houses are just off Harold Road, arranged in neat terraces, within an existing community. They have private gardens as well as a new shared play area for children.
The apartment building is located on Beulah Hill and contains 14 two bedroom apartments and a one bedroom apartment. They have balconies and wonderful views to the South, and are available with Help to Buy. The location is a short walk from Crystal Palace, and an easy commute into Central London and Croydon.

Our three bedroom houses are set within a quiet and popular enclave, close to the Crystal Palace triangle.
Set amongst the existing community on Ravensdale Gardens and Rushden Close, these modern brick homes with their distinctive picture windows are a handsome addition to the area. There are two and three storey configurations, and the finishes are high quality, with timber flooring throughout the living areas. Our apartments are in a landmark building on the corner of
Beulah Hill and Harold Road, with far reaching views in all

Common Ground is our own team of
award winning architects. Common Ground
designed the interiors of the homes,
introducing our bespoke Brick by Brick
specifications.
They also worked closely with HTA on this
scheme to ensure the common parts of
the apartment building works seamlessly,
and the exteriors are harmonious with
their setting.
