annexation of Heritage Springs Sub-Division by Ordinance No. 2009-T-035 dated 11-24-2009 and the Striha Property by Ordinance No. 2010-T-035 dated 8-9-2010 has required amendment of the Comprehensive Planning Map adopted by Town of Greenville by Resolution No. 2009-R-037 dated 10-12-2009; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF GREENVILLE, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Albany Tribune on 11-18-2010. 2. Public Hearing was held 12-13-2010. 3. Comprehensive Planning Map shall be amended by this Ordinance in accordance per Comprehensive Planning Map attached. 4. After consideration and discussion of Planning and Development for Real Property within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Greenville this Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publishing in the New Albany Tribune. ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF GREENVILLE, INDIANA, ON THE 13th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2010.
