Property Staging is the art of placing furniture and accessorising a property with the prime objective of selling or renting it faster and for a higher price. Think of it as dressing your home for success.This 40 year old proven business model is well established in major property markets worldwide.

HOW IT WORKS

Mood BoardsAfter the initial site inspection, we will prepare a variety of mood boards based on what is most suitable for the property and what will achieve a higher rental return. Whether you opt for a luxurious or informal aesthetic, the style will be classic and elegant.

Staging PackagesOur extensive collection covers all the key items needed to create a home, including furniture and accessories for living and dining rooms, bedrooms, home offices and outdoor spaces. From 1 week to 24 months we will propose a staging and styling package to suit your property and budget.

Installation and StylingWe offer full installation or a simple delivery service. Completion time for full installation is normally 3-5 working days from start to finish. A dedicated interior stylist can be on site during the installation process to co-ordinate and style each room for optimum presentation.

Post InstallationOpportunities to extend or purchase the furniture upon completion of the contract may be an option.
