Crème de la crème is specialised in authentic hand-made french patisserie and desserts. Our aim is to supply our customers with the highest quality products made from the finest ingredients - sourced ethically and locally, where possible. Free chilled delivery is available dependent on area. All products are delivered fresh with a 2 day shelf life. Dairy & gluten free products are available on request. We can also provide specialist french celebration cakes like the classic croquembouche.

  Pyramid made with small round choux filled with crème pâtissière and topped with caramel. Decorated with sugared flowers and almond nougatine teeth. Crème pâtissière flavours :

Vanilla, Chocolate, Praline, Rum, Grand Marnier.

From 12 to 200 portions A portion is about 3 choux per person. £3.90 per person

Find a selection of savoury : Our Quiche Lorraine Cheese and bacon quiche with a short crust pastry. Our Scottish smoked salmon Brioche Soft cheese and salmon in a buttered brioche. Our avocado Brioche (v) Avocado crushed and tomatoes in a buttered brioche. Our brochette (v) Cherry tomato, fresh basil and buffalo mozarrella.

And sweet petits fours: Our vanilla chou Toffee-coated chou filled with a light vanilla cream. Our Paris Brest Chou bun filled with a praline crème au beurre. Our bitesize tart Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry or lemon tart. Our cannelé (GF) French speciality from Bordeaux. Little pudding delicately sweet and crispy. Our trianon (GF) Dark chocolate mousse, vanilla ganache on a dacquoise biscuit. Our macaron (Gluten Free) Light and dainty, with a crisp shell and soft yielding centre. -----------------------------    Hi, my name is Séverine, a French girl who fell in love with the North East 3 years ago. I have always loved food and cooking since I was a little girl baking with my Grandma in Northern France. Baking evokes very happy childhood memories for me so everything is made with love in my heart and a smile on my face. In France, most people live to eat and not eat to live, it is a way of life. Crème de la crème was a natural progression for me after training in France in bakery and patisserie so I have decided to start a new adventure. We aim to bring you delicious traditional French pâtisserie that you have heard of and we also revisit some English classics with a French twist. We try to source locally as much as we can as we are lucky to find wonderful farms around the area to guarantee the best quality for our pâtisseries.
