The number of people who are seeking a home based business opportunity continues to increase with each
passing day. And why not? More and more individuals are tired of the corporate rat race, their boss, or the lack of flexible working hours that most corporate businesses
afford. There are many factors to consider when deciding what opportunity best suits you, including the cost to get involved. Below are listed two opportunities that may or
may not fit into your investment budget.
1. E-Commerce Exchange ECX- ECX is a credit-card processing service that claims to give you all the tools and training to take care of a prospective business's credit card
needs. STOP! While these guys seem to be proficient in processing credit cards, their claims about giving you a
turnkey business is - well - wrong! Complaints about this home based business opportunity are all over the place on
the Internet. I'm not saying this is a scam. What I am saying is this company over-promises and under-delivers
when you sign up.
Cost to get involved: $195-$2,495
2. MXICorp/Xocai Healthy Chocolate- If you're a chocolate lover and also a health nut (seems like a contrast in terms, huh?), this may be just the opportunity you're looking for. The increase in dark chocolate sales is rising dramatically, and has already been projected to be a multi-billion dollar Industry. That said, however, this company's products are not yet well-branded, their products are fairly expensive,
plus their compensation package is based primarily on the multi-level marketing (MLM) model. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's something you should be aware of. On the plus side, there is little competition and this is a debt-
free company.
Cost to get involved: $350-$1,850
More and more, people are seeking a home based business opportunity, and why not? No boss, flexible
hours, as well as unlimited income can be yours - if you choose the business opportunity that's right for you.
However, never rely solely on the recommendation of someone else when you're looking at a prospective home based business opportunity - not even mine! Make sure you always do your due diligence, and ask yourself these
four questions:
1. Is this really a legitimate business?
2. Is this an opportunity that would be "fun" for me?
3. Can I afford this opportunity?
4. Does this business afford me the opportunity to meet my long-term financial goals?
