Staff will be asked to sit in a seat that represents their classification to encourage a diverse range of perspectives within small group discussions. o Name tags and markers will be provided at each table. o Each table will choose a recorder to take notes on a laptop that will be provided. • Session Objectives: o Open minds beyond today’s challenges o Acknowledge environmental factors impacting HCC’s future o Identify compelling components of Holyoke’s future state (NOTE: Please check with your vice president for which Breakout Session to attend) 11:15 – 11:30 Transition break 11:30 – 12: 45 p.m. Breakout Session #2: Envisioning HCC 2025, PeoplesBank Room, KC 301/303 12:30 Box Lunch Available in PeoplesBank LOBBY 1:00 – 2:00 CampusWorks and Board of Trustees Meeting – FR 309 • Session Objectives: o Setting the stage for the strategic planning process o Trustee engagement
