Summer WOW (Women of the Word) Bible Study Please join your Sisters in Christ for a 7 part series by EWTN called, “Angels of God” by Father John Horgan.
St. Thomas Aquinas tells us that “The angels work together for the benefit of all,” and Fr John Horgan’s “Angels of God” teaches us all about wondrous spiritual beings, created to draw us closer into that fidelity which characterizes the life of the angels. It helps us understand why their ministry to our spiritual formation is so important.

Dear Parents, I hope this letter finds you well, as we look forward to spring and summer. We are sharing this information with you on the new times and format we will be using for the coming year. As you prepare for your child’s faith development, we want to help assist the efforts by offering classes each year which aid in the development of their spiritual lives. Each year Holy Cross offers classes in Faith Formation so that your child can be prepared to live the life of faith in the Church. Our goal is to assist you by providing thorough and well-prepared catechesis for your children, so they can come to know Jesus Christ and discover the beauty of their faith. We would ask that you help us accomplish this goal by pre-registering your children for faith formation. Pre-registration helps us to be more effective in gathering numbers, finding teachers, getting books ordered, placing students into classrooms and securing rooms for faith development. Please complete the registration form included and return, or mail, it to the parish office with payment. Listed below are the classes where they would generally be receiving a Sacrament: If your child is going to be a 2nd or 3rd grader, please fill out the appropriate Candidate information form *2nd Grade Reconciliation *3rd Grade Confirmation and 1st Holy Eucharist If your child has not received these sacraments by 3rd grade, please fill out the candidate form so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please fill out the Registration/Candidate form and return with payment to the Parish office by May 30th, 2019. Thank you and God Bless You, Fr. Jim Meyer Brenda Mears Pastor Director of Religious Education
Thank You! Thank you to the Knights of Columbus Assembly for all your help during the Holy Week Masses!
Congratulations to Assembly 3589 on winning the Assembly of the Year award at the KofC State Convention! Also to Brian Heger for winning the 4th Degree Knight of the Year!

Are you or someone you care about unable to attend Mass and receive Holy Communion?
There are several communion distributors who will bring the Lord to you. The need could be temporary or ongoing. Call the church and let us know. We will contact you and determine when is a good time for us to visit with Communion.
Eucharistic Adoration is every Monday from 9am to 8pm. If you are interested in becoming a scheduled adorer, one hour per week, call the parish office for more information.
In Care of the sick Please call the parish office to notify us of illness in the family. The local hospitals do not call us anymore.
