STEWARDS FEED MY SHEEP “Peter was distressed that Jesus had said to him a third time, ‘Do you love me?’ and he said to him, ‘Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Feed my sheep.’”

- - John 21:17 All of us are challenged to show our love for Jesus by

“feeding His sheep.” Through prayer ask God how you should best use your time, talent and treasure to assist those who are in need. Remem-ber that Stewardship giving is an act of worship and helps advance the mission of our parish and greater Church.

GIVE DRINK TO THE THIRSTY The Second Corporal Work of Mercy is to Give Drink to the Thirsty. In this Year of Mercy, we will be focusing our attention during the month of April to alleviate thirst.

As bad as hunger is, thirst is even worse. One can survive lack of food longer than lack of liquid. The Bible often uses water as a symbol of the life giving nature of God.

You are encouraged to bring healthy fruit drinks, water and liquid baby formula to Liturgy on Sundays and leave the offerings in the vestibules of the Church. Offerings will be distributed between the GWCM Food Pantry and Catholic Charities. Thank you!
