Christian Dior was a French fashion designer, best known for his fashion house which is often referred to as just Dior. He envisioned a look beyond the practical aesthetics of World War II fashion, an era where fabrics used to be rationed and Paris lost its influence. To change the scene, his New Look collection accentuated the feminine silhouette with voluminous shapes and emphasized the curved profile. Today, with over $49 Billion in Revenue, Christian Dior SA is the World's Largest Fashion Group.

Dior has recently announced that it will offer up T-shirts that say "We Should All Be Feminists," where a percentage of the proceeds from each sale will support Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation, a nonprofit organization that funds education, health and emergency response programs around the world; particularly in Barbados, the singer's home country.

The House of Dior is committed to its founding values of sustainability and environmental respect, at all stages of production. Water consumption has been reduced by 2/3 in 7 years, around 70% of waste is recycled, and transportation by sea is prioritized.
