Project on Disaster Management

Following essentials are required to be fulfilled for preparation and submission of Project Report

1. The total length of the project report will not be more than 15 written pages of foolscap size (A-

4 size)

2. The project report will be handwritten and credit will be awarded to original drawings,

illustrations and creative use of materials.

3. The project report will be presented in a neatly bound simple folder.

4. The project report will be developed and presented in this order.

Cover page showing the project title, Student information, School and Year.

Acknowledgements (acknowledging the Institution, offices, libraries visited and persons

who have helped)

Project Overview : Purpose, Aim, Methodology and experiences while doing the project.

Summary and conclusions based on findings.

Planning and activities to be done during the project.

Bibliography : should have the books referred, titles, author, publisher and if a website

the name of the website with specific website link which has been used.

All the photographs and sketches should be labeled and acknowledged

SCIENCE

1. Solve the given assignment in a separate notebook.

2. Complete the Practical file as discussed.

MATHS

1. Solve the assignment of 40 extra questions given by the subject teacher from the chapters 1,2,3 and 6.

2. Do the practical activities 2,5 and 6 from the book ”Maths

Is Fun”, in your practical file.

3. Revise the syllabus given for periodic assessment –1.

ENGLISH

1. Prepare a radio talk in a group and discuss various problems faced by the teenagers/youth in today’s

scenario. Which will projected in the form of a drama in the Classroom.

2. You came across a tea vendor where you saw two small children washing cups and plates . You

felt upset and collected datas. You came to learn that more than 1.26 crore children are engaged in

menial work like carpet factory, toys factory, dhabas, bangle industry and other labour oriented

industries. Troubled with the plight, you decided to write an article for the newspaper condemning the

same.

3. Develop a story in about 150-200 words with the following beginning . Also give a suitable title.

The school logo as the background of the web page.

The web page should include the school mission, school history and code of conduct
