About company

HMK Ehitus ja Projektid OÜ is a construction

and design company with international

experience, also manufacturing timber

elements. The company appreciates customers’

sophisticated tastes and innovative solutions.

Following a green ideology we have offered our

customers energy efficient solutions for more

than 10 years. The target markets and customers

of the company are in Northern, Western and

Southern Europe. Our customers are real estate

and construction companies but also individuals,

i.e. end users of our products. Our experienced

team is at your service. Transparent business is

important for us and therefore our customers

may be sure the products and services provided

by us are safe. Main office of the company is

located in Tallinn, Estonia. As of 2008 the

company is a member of Estonian Chamber of

Commerce and Industry.

Construction of houses

We provide the following services to our

customers: design, manufacture and

construction of buildings. Our product range

includes private residences, apartment houses

as well as public buildings. New technologies

ensure small ecological footprint and good

calculated energy efficiency of our products.

The building materials used have a European

Union certificate and the products

manufactured by the company are provided

with CE conformity marking. We perform

construction works in our target markets in

accordance with local building practices and

codes, as well as climate conditions.

Manufacture of elements

Manufacture of elements is performed in

compliance with the European Technical

Approval (ETA) certificate of conformity and CE

requirements ensuring manufacture of

products in a controlled environment

according to a managed quality system. Our

production base is located in Estonia, about

100 km from Tallinn

Houses with special design

We offer to our customers tailored solutions

when preparing projects and building houses. In

coordination with customers and considering

their wishes we design houses meeting the most

complex demands. Besides products

manufactured of standard materials we offer our

customers products made of various other

materials, always considering special

characteristics of different areas as well as

building codes.

Standard houses

We offer a wide range of standard houses that

have proved to be of high quality being the

home for hundreds of families and providing, as

far as possible, easily adjustable solutions. With

standard houses the design period is shorter and

customers can save money.

Auxiliary buildings

We offer a wide range of functional auxiliary

buildings: garages, sheds, terraces, saunas, etc.

Auxiliary buildings increase the value of a house

and make life more convenient.

Construction of houses We provide the following services to our customers: design, manufacture and construction of buildings. Our

Manufacture of elements Manufacture of elements is performed in compliance with the European Technical Approval (ETA) certificate

of conformity and CE requirements ensuring manufacture of products in a controlled environment according

to a managed quality system. Our production base is located in Estonia, about 100 km from Tallinn.

Timber trusses

For roof constructions we offer, depending on the

design, either nail or connecting plate trusses but also

roof elements. It is possible to produce trusses with

the total length of up to 14 m.

Modules and room elements

We manufacture terraces, sheds, decorated

(engraved) elements, barriers, stairs, etc. for our

houses. Manufacture of different elements ensures

customers’ demands are met regarding traditional as

well as modern design.

Timber elements

We produce different timber elements, for housing

construction but also for erecting public buildings.

The elements are made with utility connections and

finished to a level enabling installation at the site. The

timber used in supporting structures complies with

the strength class C24; strength calculations of

structures have been performed. We offer elements

made of different materials considering special

characteristics of different areas as well as building

codes.
