    Delegate Profile

More than 160 new members: New members who just joined AIESEC. They have

already gone through introductory education of AIESEC, and all of them are allocated

into a functional team. As a member, they will be contributing to the performance of

AIESEC in Hong Kong in the coming half year, and will either go for AIESEC

Exchange in early or summer 2011, or take up leadership roles in 2011.

Around 40 returnees: Returnees who returned from AIESEC Exchange (mostly DT).

Some of them are experienced AIESECers while some of them were recruited

through pocket recruitment. Mostly they are still deciding their next step, either in

AIESEC or in their future careers.

    Objectives and Outcomes

    Newie Track

    - Educate newies what AIESECs core business is so that they understand what

X+L is, and will be able to see how they can contribute to it.

    - Prepare newies for their AIESEC eXchange in the future so that they understand

clearly what an AIESEC eXchange is.

    - Let newies feel the essence of the 5 AIESEC XP Principles so that they can live

out the essence of AIESEC XP.

    Returnee Track

    - Give spaces for EPs to reflect on their experience, so that they are aware of their

    importance and value.

    - Connect EPs to externals, so that externals are aware of the value of AIESEC

    Exchanges.

    - Allow EP and newies to interact, such that newies will see the appeal of exchange

and how it will affect their personal development.
