Mission

HiRef develop and offer solutions and services for close control A/C,

air handling, heating and domestic hot water preparation, renewable energy

sources, heat recovery, refrigeration, energy saving, green-oriented design,

remote control and management, integration of multi-energy systems.

In 2001 an enterprising intuition by the Galletti Family and Eng. Mauro Mantovan

gave birth to HiRef. Through the years the company has rapidly grown overcoming

the many difficulties of the thermo-technical sector thanks to the one and only

resource that leads to success: people. To point out the skills of each human

resource is the only way for HiRef to have a non-stop innovation,

a high quality level and an extreme flexibility.

The Galletti Group, which HiRef belongs to, is an example of the real

“Fully Made in Italy”, having a deep verticalization of the inner process:

from heat exchangers to metal sheet bending and software development.
