Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) was established in India under the name ALIT (Ashok Leyland
Information Technology), providing information technology services in 1993 with just one client and 25
employees. ALIT was merged with Hinduja Finance Corporation (HFC) in 2000 to form HGS. Between
2000 and 2003, HGS won businesses of major international clients, who were among the leaders in the
Insurance & Telecom industries, thus establishing itself as a major player in the contact center industry.
2003 also marked the company's entry into international markets, with the establishment of its center in
Manila.
With an aggressive acquisition strategy in place, HGS acquired Customer Contact Center Inc., a leading
call center company located in the Philippines. In 2006, HGS acquired AFFINA LLC, a contact center and
database management and marketing research company. In 2010, Careline Services, a UK-based contact
center management services provider was acquired. In 2011, HGS acquired Online Support Inc, Canada
based Customer Relationship Management Company and HCCA Business Services (P) Ltd (HCCA), a
prominent player in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) domain in India. By virtue of these acquisitions,
HGS today offers its clients nearly four decades of contact center experience and leadership dating back
to 1973.
HTMT Global Solutions Ltd is one of the largest transnational business conglomerates in the world. The
company provides information technology enabled services in India and internationally. They offer
professional IT staffing, claims processing, call center, software development, and consulting services.
They also provide customer relationship management programs integrating inbound contact centre,
Internet, database marketing, market research, closed loop lead management, and fulfillment services.
The company offers services in verticals like automotive, banking and financial services, consumer
electronics, energy and utilities, government/public sector, healthcare and insurance, household and
consumer products, logistics and transportation, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals and life
sciences, technology and telecommunications. They are having 20 delivery centres across US, Canada,
Mauritius, Philippines and India, all working towards creating leaders out of their clients. HTMT Global
Solutions Ltd was incorporated on January 13, 1995 as Tele Video Communications India Pvt. Ltd with
the objective of carrying out the activities relating to media business. The company was converted into a
public company on May 20, 2006. During the year 2006-07, the company's name was changed form Tele
Video Communication India Ltd to HTMT Technologies Ltd and then to HTMT Global Solutions Ltd. In
November 2006, the company acquired Affina in Illinois State which has multiple centres in Peoria,
Waterloo, St Louis, El Paso and Montreal, has significantly added to the Company's delivery capabilities
and global footprint. The Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services,
undertaking of Hinduja TMT Ltd was demerged and transferred to the company on a going concern basis

with the appointed date, October 1, 2006 and thus Source1 HTMT Inc, USA, Affina LLC, USA, HTMT
Europe Ltd, UK, Hinduja TMT France, Customer Contact Center Inc, Philippines, CCubed (Antilles) NV, C-
Cubed BV, Pacific Horizon Ltd became the subsidiary company. The equity shares of the company were
listed on the BSE and NSE on June 19, 2007. HTMT Global solutions Ltd was ranked among top 15 ITES-
BPO exporters for the financial year 2006-07 by NASSCOM. They are ranked No 2 in the Best performing
Call Center Firms worldwide in the Global Services 100 survey conducted by Neo IT & Global Services
Magazine in January 2008. Also, they were the winner of ICT Innovation Award 2008. In June 2008, the
company expanded their footprint to Chennai by inaugurating their second delivery centre at
Nandambakkam. With this, the company has 11 delivery centres across India in Bangalore, Chennai,
Durgapur, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Mysore.

Infinite Computer Solutions India Ltd is a global service provider of Infrastructure Management Services,
Intellectual Property (IP) Leveraged Solutions and IT Services, focused on the Telecom, Media,
Technology, Manufacturing, Power and Healthcare industries. Their services span from Application
Management Outsourcing, Packaged Application Services, Independent Validation and Verification,
Product Development and Support, to higher value-added offerings including Managed Platform and
Product Engineering Services. The company is a Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) registered
entity and provides technology services to client specific requirements. These services are performed
onsite/ onshore and off shore through their various offices and 100% subsidiaries spread over countries
across 4 continents. They have four delivery centers in India at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and
Chennai. Also, they have 14 offices across the globe, including offices in multiple locations in the US, UK,
India, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Infinite Computer Solutions India Ltd was incorporated
on September 6, 1999 with the name Infinite Computer Solutions India Pvt Ltd. During the year 1999-
2000, the company started their operations in New Delhi. During the year 2000-01, the company
inaugurated their Bangalore Development Centre. Also, they started their operations in USA. During the
year 2002-03, the company was ranked amongst Nasscom's Top 20 Indian IT Companies. During the year
2003-04, they initiated their operations in UK. In March 2, 2004, the company entered into a stock
purchase agreement with WhiteRock Investment Ltd, a company incorporated in British Virgin Island
Company in which WhiteRock agreed to subscribe and the Company allotted 4818 Equity shares and
43360 convertible preference shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 5453.50 per share. During the year
2004-05, the company was ranked 50th in IDC - Dataquest Survey of Top 20 Indian IT Companies. They
were listed among Offshore 100 in neoIT 2005 Offshore 100 study. During the year, the company
inaugurated Whitefield Campus. Also, they started operations in Malaysia and China. In April 2004, the
company was successfully assessed for CMMi L5. During the year 2005-06, the company set up
development centre at Hyderabad. They acquired Datagrid Services Pvt Ltd, a BPO company based out
of Hyderabad in order to diversify their business into new revenue segment with intent to de-risk their
business model. The acquired company was renamed as Infinite BPO Pvt Ltd. During the year 2006-07,
the company was recognized as one of the Top 100 Global Outsourcing Provider in 2006 by the
International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Also, they were recognized as one of the
Top 10 Global Telecom Outsourcing Provider in 2006 by the International Association of Outsourcing
Professionals (IAOP). During the year 2007-08, the company's wholly owned subsidiary Infinite
Computer Solutions Inc, USA acquired Comnet International Co, USA, a telecommunication focused
product development company based in Chicago, USA. During the year, the company sold their
investments in Infinite BPO Pvt Ltd. Also, the company started their operations in Australia. In January 7,
2008, the company was converted into public limited company and the name was changed to Infinite
Computer Solutions India Ltd with effect from February 14, 2008. During the year 2008-09, the company
signed Fujitsu as a Strategic Client. They started development centre in SEZ, Chennai. During the year
2009-10, the company through their 100% subsidiary company started their operation in SEZ premises
at Gurgaon. The company is in the process of upgrading to the CMMi Version 1.2 in keeping with their
journey of continuous improvement and focus on quality, to deliver enhanced value to their customers.
