Guest are allowed to bring in an outside caterer as long as caterer is able to show proof of busi-
ness license and insurance policy for hotel to keep on file. All food will need to be prepared at
Caterer’s place of business. Food can arrive on site hot and ready to serve, or stored in our
Hot Boxes until time of serving the entrées.

-$15 per person for one hour -$25 per person for two hours -$30 per person for three hours -$35 per person for four hours
We also offer a fine selection of bottled wines.
Corkage available at $15.00 per 750ml bottle if client chooses to provide own wine/champagne/cider
Full Bar Labor Charge
A Bartender labor fee will apply of $50 per hour with a minimum of three hours. *Waived if bar sales exceed $100/hour/bar*
