Hilde Becker has always been interested in real estate. Growing up, she had an opportunity to learn about homebuilding from her father, which gave her the ability to understand construction beginning to end. Even though she graduated with a business degree in finance, her passion remained in real estate. After receiving her real estate license, Hilde knew she found the perfect fit.

Currently, Hilde is a Realtor for Keller Williams, where she has serviced clients all throughout the Lake Country area of Southeastern Wisconsin for fifteen years. Through tenacity and unmatched expertise, she has forged an elite workflow to nav-igate any transaction. “I never give up,” she says. “Above all, I’m driven to get my buyers the home they want and my sellers the best return on their investment.”

When listing a home, Hilde offers her clients a personalized approach. Starting out, she gives her clients all the tools and resources needed for the marketplace. Afterwards, Hilde provides profes-sional photography and videography that ensures a property will stand out above the rest. On top of spreading their listings through targeted social

Elsewhere, Hilde is equally attentive when assist-ing her buyers. From the beginning to the end of the process, she stands as a knowing guide to their dream home. for in the mechanics of a house,” she says. “Every step of the way, I’m making sure the deal is a win-win for my clients.”

In particular, Hilde enjoys working with first time homebuyers. “There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping them secure the home they want. I love watching my first time buyers grow over the years and knowing that they are secure in their investment.”

For Hilde, relationships never end once a transaction has finished. Instead, she pre-fers to remain in touch well after closing to ensure that her buyers and sellers are satis-fied and keep them apprised of the market. Along the way, Hilde has won an outstand-ing reputation around Wisconsin, with the vast majority of her volume coming from either repeat clients or referrals.

Outside of her career, Hilde remains active in her community. For twenty years, she has volunteered for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, having served on its Board of Directors and facilitated its galas. Elsewhere, she sponsors Homes for Heroes, a program that eases the financial burden of the homebuying process for area servicemembers. When she’s not helping clients or giving back, Hilde can be found swimming, biking, quilting or spend-ing time with her beloved grandchildren.

Hilde has strong plans for the future. In the months ahead, she will be mentoring and sharing her lifetime of experience with up-and-coming Realtors—all while con-tinuing to assist buyers and sellers with the tireless work ethic that has garnered so much success in Wisconsin. “Whenever I interview with a client, I encourage them to talk to a number of agents so they can truly see the difference in what I do,” she says. “At Keller Williams, we’re offering a whole other level of service and attention.”
