In the wild carry Neck Knife Kit
Clothing (Should not be cotton, but a synthetic or wool fabric.)- Underwear, plus an extra pair-Shorts- Long Fleece Pants- Long-sleeved shirt- Jacket- Hat- Socks, plus an extra pair- Shoes or boots- Tyvek chaps that will fit outside of clothing.- Cotton Bandana, Cowboy size (Visit a fabric store and buy a yard of cotton fabric any color or print you prefer.)- Shemagh (Arab scarf)

Water - In mild weather, each person should carry at least a full quart of water, between water sources. - Add another quart for warm weather. - Add another quart for hot weather. - Stainless steel water bottle to boil water as needed.- Water filter (pump or gravity).- Water treatment pills.- Ziplock bags to tie to tree leaves during the day to collect perspiration.- Coffee filters to remove debris from murky water or use bandana.
