Hikari Frankenstein goes platinum!

Funko's newest Hikari is a platinum deco for Frankenstein, currently available for pre-order.

"Platinum" Frankenstein, who is limited to a 750-piece run, sports a relatively plain metallic deco.While I'm not necessarily sure that the metal resembles platinum (or just polished iron, etc), it's nota bad concept although I'd certainly rather see him bronzed. It's certainly not a bad design, but theblack eyes are somewhat of a distraction and keep Frankenstein from looking too classy. My favoriteuses of the mold thus far are probably the "Distressed" and "Glitter Shock" versions seen back inOctober; of course, he still hasn't had a "Mystic Powers" deco, though, which will likely be my newfavorite when/if it occurs.

Funko's "Platinum" Frankenstein can be pre-ordered for US$50 and is slated for a February release.At this point, I'm just wondering when we'll see a Hikari Dracula or Wolfman. Perhaps one will beshown at Toy Fair?
