C E L L U L A R C H U R C H LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE MINISTRIES TRADITIONAL CHURCH • Is centered on programs • Is centered in a building • Is structured to make people “come” to the building • The organizational structure is based on educating people • The majority of the people are occupied in the building in activities, and programs CELLULAR CHURCH • Is centered on people, not programs • Focuses on the community • Is structured to “go” where the people are • The organizational structure is based on educating the people • Members have time to cultivate relationships with other believers and non-believers in order to reach them and minister to them • Follows the New Testament model of “equipping the saints” for the work of the ministry. Ephesians 4:11-12 • Decentralizes the ministry and incorporates the laity in order to reach everyone with the Gospel of Jesus Christ Friendship Groups Meet Every Tuesday Evening At 7 PM Q:What are Friendship Groups? A: They are small groups that meet together to share life and offer mutual help. In that intimate setting people share, dialogue, and pray for each other.
