STUDENT SERVICES AND AMENITIES FEE (SSAF)The SSAF is an annual fee charged by Australian universities to assist in providing a range of student support services. Each year we request your feedback on your priorities for the SSAF. Details on what the SSAF will be used for throughout the year is available on the University of Canberra website.

HOW TO PAYEligible students can apply for Services and Amenities Help (SA-HELP) on MyUC and the fee is deferred through a HELP loan scheme similar to HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP. This must be done before census date. If you are going to pay your SSAF upfront, download your statement (from MyUC) and follow the payment instructions.

Staff in the enrolment Assistance sessions will be able to help you do this.

FINDING YOUR CLASSROOMSMost locations across the TAFE Queensland network are abbreviated in the same way. The first two letters denotes the campus location (SB for South Bank, COM for Coomera). These are then followed by the building letter (A,B,C,D etc.), the level (01,02,03 etc.) and finally the room number. For example, SB.G.04.006 is South Bank Building G, level 4, room 4006. It is also handy to note that the South Bank campus is laid out in a horse-shoe shape and starts at A, working its way around to H.

At Coomera campus, there is one main building, so location will always be COM.A.Level.Room.
