duly sworn, states the following as true, correct, materially complete, based on first hand knowledge, and reserving the sole and exclusive right to the final determination of all definitions and intent of Affiants' contained herein governed by Public Law:

SITUTATED IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE AND THE STATE OF WASHINGTON commonly known as 3809 116TH STREET COURT NORTHWEST, GIG HARBOR, WA 98332” against any party attempting to attach any claim whatsoever to subject property identified herein requires full bonded claim and proof of bond and claim to be served via certified U.S. Post to Affiants prior to such attempt of attachment to property identified herein and hereto under positive legal duty under Public Law, with full unlimited personal liability, to present true, correct, and complete, verified and verifiable documentation supporting any claim prior to act of trespass on title and Pierce County Bonded Secure Records.

INDEMNITY is lodged due to prior false claims against HEATHER A. TUCCI-JARRAF and YOUSSEF JARRAF, Affiants, Grantors, their heirs and assigns, and identified premises, and the open notorious, public record of wrong doing by financial institutions and their attorneys, known before the entire world via media, court findings, and state attorney general’s findings, statement and public actions.

TRUE OWNER, HEATHER A. TUCCI-JARRAF, and YOUSSEF JARRAF, their HEIRS and ASSIGNS, by their authorized representatives and signatories, Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf and Youssef Jarraf, operating in Public Law with the recognized reserved right to protect OWNER’S property to deny cooperation with fraudulent, deceptive practices, and use of all lawful means under the Public Law to protect OWNER and Grantors' life, liberty, and property.
