(Buildings A, B, C – retail $17MM), (Bldgs D, E and North & South Commons with 360 Residential Units including underground parking garages and ground floor retail).
•The Glenview Police Department Headquarters, a $22MM, 89,000 SF regional crisis center with state-of-the-art installations including: underground parking, armory & range, uninterrupted power system, building automation efficiency, security, police & fire 911 call center, and detention facilities.•Evelyn Pease-Tyner Interpretive Center, a $2.56 MM LEED Platinum registered and certified prairie museum classroom project, with geothermal-solar and passive energy designs, delivered on schedule and under budget.
