Jeff Patek 262-741-4601 Narrative On February 12, 2014, deputies of the Walworth County Drug Unit along with the Lake Geneva Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration continued the investigation into the group of subjects working together to sell heroin in the Lake Geneva and Delavan areas. In the following days, after Jamaal Shellie was arrested, a subject took over right away with the same people that Jamaal was selling to. Through the use of an undercover officer, the Drug Unit purchased heroin from the subjects. The following subjects were arrested in Lake Geneva on February 10, 12, and 13, 2014. Trisha J. Mohr, age 34, of Lake Geneva, WI, was arrested at a motel in the City of Lake Geneva on charges of 2 counts of Party to a Crime Delivery of Heroin. Matthew Brown, age 31, of Waukegan, IL, was arrested in a vehicle in the City of Lake Geneva on charges of 2 counts Party to a Crime of Delivery of Heroin. Ernest F. Green, age 29, of Waukegan, IL was arrested in a vehicle in the City of Lake Geneva on charges of Party to a Crime Delivery of Heroin and 2 counts of Party to a Crime Delivery of Cocaine. Ashley J. Keller, age 27, of Lake Geneva, WI, was arrested at her residence on charges of 5 counts of Delivery of Cocaine, and 1 Count Party to a Crime Delivery of Heroin. Brian W. Zitzler, age 33, of Lake Geneva, WI, was arrested at his employment on charges of Conspiracy to Delivery Heroin, one count Party to a Crime Delivery of Heroin and Possession of a Schedule III Non-Narcotic Drug. As this investigation continues the Walworth County Drug Unit expects more arrests to follow. An arrest is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty.
