DESCRIPTION
The Festa is an fun community event in the Hepburn Shire calendar. Its theme is based on the proud heritage of the Swiss and Italian settlers who arrived in the mid-19th century. It provides a focus for current generations to celebrate and remember this rich history. The Festa’s events help to keep alive the memory of these early settlers and give school children, descendants of the early settlers, residents and all other visitors the opportunity to learn about and reconnect with our rich culture and heritage.
