The date is not correct, because since the file was attached was not entirely corresponding

to the daily report, this typing errors.

2. Do not repeat photos from previous daily reports. All photos must support the advance of

Ceym works.

The photos are not repeated, are always different for showing the progress of CEYM. Here

are seen the same photos by attachment argument not relevant.

Please check Daily report of July 12 and 14. Here 2 photos are repeated.

Please submit Daily report of July 11 with photos since it doesn’t include any.

3. In the STG buillding activities clarify the number of installed panels. Do not include

works from other days.

In the description of work performed in the STG activity is described as the supervisor of

the area has in the daily report, but the amount of installed panels is clearly observed, only

one explanation more. Shall be taken into account for future daily reports.

4. All areas must include the real quantities of installed material.

The quantities of material withdraw from the store are included in the daily report by area.

Often materials are not included because the area supervisors withdraw quantities of

materials for various jobs and not withdraw every day, therefore it may not return to

include the materials that would be downloaded twice the inventory and then do not

conform inventories.

Not all areas, as AQCS building, report real installed quantities. Please follow up.

5. In the Boiler works you didn´t include the 8 cable tray supports installed. Please include

all works with their respective quantities.

As in the item above materials included are those reported coming out of the warehouse

and not spent on the work. A meeting would be useful to clarify this issue.

At the level +13100 of the Boiler, they welded 8 cable tray supports. They were not

included in the daily report.

6. In AQCS works, how many PVC conduit is installed for communication system? You

are not reporting any quantities from this area. Please talk with the supervisor of that area to

provide you the exact quantities of daily works.

Regarding these drawbacks of the description of the work done and a meeting with all

supervisors was conducted to clarify how to fill out daily reports to be clear and precise.

7. In Switchyard area it is nost specified the meters of excavations made. You didn´t mention the number of exothermica welding..

On all daily reports the number of meters excavated and the amount of welds specified, but

will be considered for future reports.
