• Politics in Finland is that old or erderly people stay at their house then they live in houses for seniors- it is cheaper

• If they can´t stay at home they come to houses for seniors

• People who are confined to bed stay in hospital

• 32 rooms, 4 beds in one room

• 33 people live there

• 50 people attend for whole day

• Department for handicapped people

• Consulting room for relatives

• Hairdresser´s, pedicure, swimming pool, rest room

• At department for handicapped people there is craft-room for sewing, knitting and painting

• After the dinner they go to sauna and swimming pool to do brain gymnastics

• All services they have in houses for seniors and payment depend on pension. For visitors is price 5 Euros per day.They have rehabilitation, sauna, massage, they play games etc.

• The meal is handed out for people who stay at home.They pay 3 Euros per day.

• All examination and treatment carry out nurses

• The doctor arrives once a month but if it´s necessary nurses call him.

• In winter Keminmaa city buys special shoes for erderly people, it is cheaper then if they broke their legs.
