How to find the right Heater

Buildings and HallsFor the decision which kind of heater and the required heatcapacity the kind and size of the room that needs to be heatedare decisive. The following general rules give you guides for theoften required quick decisions - in case you have a heat require-ment calculation from an architect at hand this one should bepreferred.

For buildings and halls a general rule assumes a max. tempera-ture rise (difference between the lowest anticipated outdoor tem-perature and the highest inside temperature) of 30 K (30°C).For other temperature rises you have to reduce or increase theheat capacity by 17 % for every 5 K (5°C)

GV 28 = air compressor with adjustable additive injector

When Drying Insolation you distinguish between twodrying methods.

1. The overpressure methodHere the dry warmed process air is pressed with a sidechannel blower through special openings for exampleinto the concrete floor through the insolation and escapes through the joints into the closed room. Duringthe floatation the air takes the humidity out of the insolation and will be dried again by the dehumidifierswhich are located in the room. This process becomes acirculation until the desired drying degree is achieved.

A 1,1 kW compressor achieves an area capacity -depending on the structure of the insolation - up to 50 m2.

2. The vacuum- or suction methodHere the complete process is reversed and the humidair is sucked by a side channel blower out of the insolation.

The warm and by dehumidifiers dried air floats by the created vacuum through the opened joint throughthe insolation. Also this process is continued until the desired drying degree is achieved.

But in order that the compressor is not damaged bywater or solid objects generally a water separator isrequired with the vacuum process.

The Wilms-Water-Separator WA 80 is a sensor controlled electrically operated mobile filter station withfive functions:

Makromol 1 is a composition of organic substances for air cleaning. A part of these substances consists of odour absorbing Makromolecules which absorbe the bad odoursand filter them out of the air. The achieved result has been proved gaschromatiographically.

Use:The substances are mainly sprayed with our odour improver GV 28 into pested air and cause animmediate absorption of all bad odours which are within the reach.

SCRUBBER / DRYERS

S 35 E / S 35 B: The handy Wilms scrubber/dryers have a capacity of 1250 m2/h and more. Due to the especially compact construction they can be used also in small areas. Because of the fast rotating brush these scrubber/dryersare best suited for safety tiles, rubber- and stone floors. The handle is individually adjustable. Folded down it savesspace when storing. Standard equipped with a brush of medium hardness.

S 45 E / S 45 B: The compact single disc scrubber/dryers have a capacity of up to 1600 m2/h. These robust inexpen sivemachines are designed for midsize areas. Standard equipped with a brush of medium hardness. Easy access to freshand dirt water tanks. The latter one is removable and has a drain hose. Central water delivery directly onto the brush.

S 50 E / S 50 B: These scrubber/dryers have a capacity of up to 1750 m2/h. The easy to operate control board regulates the brush, the vacuum motor and the water supply. It is possible to adjust the handle bar during operationwhich makes it easy to clean in areas which are difficult to reach. Like all other types in battery version the batteries and charger come as standard equipment.

S 55 BA: The scrubber / dryer for large areas with big capacity of the fresh- and dirt water tanks for long continuousoperation. Water level displays of both tanks as standard. Constant pressure on the brush by CWS (Constant WeightSystem). Simple operation with drain hose and moveable dirt water tank. Easy access to all components makes service easily possible.
