This free community event will address the impact of bullying,
cyberbullyingand suicide for 6th-12th grade students, their parents
and program leaders.
The Megan Meier Foundation presentation will address the issues
of bullying and cyberbullying in today’s world. Tina Meier reveals
thestory of her daughter, Megan, and shows firsthand the
devastatingeffects of bullying, cyberbullying and suicide. Megan’s
story touchesstudents, parents and educators in a deeply profound
way remindingus to think before we speak, click or act.
Through Tina’s inspirational and educational message, the
audience develops an empathetic awareness and understanding of
others and are empowered to “Be Megan’s Voice… Be the Change!”
