I use Alleviate myself and find it effective in relieving muscles in the neck, back, legs etc. Having offered friends and family mine to use when they had an accident or just general muscular complaints, I was inundated with requests from them for their own use. Did you know that women commonly misdiagnose their skin type?

Whatever your skin type, winter doesn't discriminate and with the colder months approaching, you may need to re-evaluate your skin care.

The fact is, the cold air outside and the heated air indoors cause low humidity, resulting in less moisture in the air. Turning up your heater and having hotter showers when the level of humidity is low can potentially make your skin drier.

That’s why during the colder months dry skin can become more common as the skin loses moisture and becomes more dehydrated.

Unfortunately, dry skin can accelerate the signs of ageing, so during this time, it is particularly important to keep the skin well hydrated to protect it against premature ageing.

Become accountable not only to yourselves but to others. Name your goal, declare it and set about claiming it. It’s one thing setting a goal but it’s another matter getting it.

Be a goal setter. More importantly, be a goal getter!

Buddy up with someone on the same path and be accountable to each other. Achieving success is about surrounding yourself with pillars that anchor you to your goal and it’s also about modelling yourself on what successful people do. Do what it takes to stay in the picture.

Belief is a core value. 2010 is the beginning of a new decade. Project your sights and don’t let past results influence where you are going. Believe in yourself and your team and cultivate the belief that building a business with Neways in 2010 and beyond is going to be easy.

Neways has enriched our lives and the lives of our children. We have been able to support them with their passion. Our daughter, Amy, works in IT. A horse rider, she competes in dressage, show jumping and cross country on her 16.3 hand bay thoroughbred Eric. Our son, Andrew, is a snowboarder who trains and competes nationally and internationally. Currently, he is in Breckenridge, Colorado, snowboarding every day for three months and living his dream.

We would like to acknowledge and thank Christine and Neal Gear for their mentorship, support, encouragement and the GHS system. A big thank you to our team for the efforts and commitment to goals, and also to Neways for making this possible.

What a fascinating journey we have had with Neways over the past 13 years! Beginning with a bottle of Feroxin and evolving to the current destination of Crystal Diamond, it’s all the ‘stuff’ that happens in between that signifies the journey.

Who would ever have imagined through the vehicle of Neways that lives would be transformed in health and in one’s personal circumstance? As natural therapists and homoeopaths we are grateful to have at our disposal a great cross section of products that improve the health of not just our patients but many hundreds of thousand of Distributors across the globe. It is very gratifying to know that via Neways we can also facilitate transformation in the lives of our team members.

The upgrades just don’t happen by chance. Become a student of the industry as well as of the system. Be teachable and seek counsel from your Uplines as they have been on your pathway before. Know how to influence yourself powerfully. Engage in personal development and take on the mantle of leadership. This may evolve from giving a testimonial in front of five people to giving a presentation to hundreds. Be intentional and grow yourself.

Attending events is so important. Our milestone goals have been achieved when we have set the goals at events especially at Convention. Magic happens in the environment of Convention. We set the goals to go Diamond and Crystal Diamond at Conventions.

Now we had set the goal to go Crystal previously but hadn’t achieved it. Bear in mind the only way to fail in this business is to quit. What was different for us this time was we just didn’t make a decision, we made a commitment. And when you have that quality and depth of commitment, providence moves in your favour.
