Apple Cranberry Squash 1 lb Butternut squash (peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes) 2 Jonathan or Macintosh apples (peeled, cored and chopped) 2 Tbsp sugar (divided) 1 cup cranberries (thawed if frozen) 2 tsp unsalted butter (melted) 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place squash in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from steamer basket and set aside. 2. Combine apples and half the sugar in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Cook 12 minutes stirring frequently until juice has evaporated. Add apples to squash. 3. Combine cranberries and remaining sugar in same saucepan. Cook 4 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Add cranberries to apples and squash. 4. Stir in melted butter, salt to taste and toss. Mammogram SchedulingAs part of the recommended guidelines from the American Cancer Society, women age 40 and older should have a mammogram every year and should continue to do so for as long as they are in good health. Childbirth Center ToursCall (317) 745-8485 to schedule a tour. Tours are also included in many of our childbirth preparation classes.

Preparation for ChildbirthOur classes provide tailored childbirth education for new or more seasoned parents. Because we understand the busy schedules of many families, we offer flexible class times and a refresher series for parents needing a fast-track approach. Also, moms and dads planning to have their baby by Cesarean birth can learn what to expect before, during and after surgery in a class customized just for them. Prenatal Exercise ProgramGet your pregnancy off to a healthy start with this low-impact aerobic exercise class taught by a certified prenatal aerobics instructor.
