    This documentation shall include:

A description of what technical requirements the product must liveup to in the construction task. These requirements must be realistic, itmeans that there must be more stringent requirements than necessary.

An opinion from multiple (3) suppliers of construction products forwhich products they can deliver the lowest code number thatsimultaneously satisfy requirements specifications. At least one of thesuppliers must have abroad product range in that area.

A description of any technical deficiencies in the products inconnection with the present building task.

Compensation should also be made, even if the contractor proves that the impactof the hazardous substances and materials is negligible. In these cases, if the useof a substitute substance or material will cause non-negligible differences in thetechnical characteristics or expenditure made an overall balance of the technicalor economic impacts across the health and safety considerations.

Substitution can be performed at several levels following:

    1. A hazardous chemical can be replaced by a lessdangerous.

    2. The work flow can be changed, so the risk iseliminated.

    3. The work flow can be changed, so the risks of theuse of the chemical limited.

    4. Chemical is replaced by a less dangerous, whilethe workflow is amended so that the risk in theapplication of chemical is limited.

The contractor shall collect and maintain information about the chemical

Registration substances used by subcontracting or stored on site and ensure that they aretreated in compliance with WEA rules. Be prepared a list of substances andmaterials contractor use or store in the workplace.

    Site Manuals

The list of substances and materials are continuously updated and delivered tothe client together with the related workplace instructions and inserted in the

Plan for Safety and Health. The list must also be freely available to contractoremployees. There must be personal protective equipment as prescribed in theemployer's instructions. 11. Paragon Site

    Evidenceof self-monitoring

The contractor must monitor the H&S by the means of the Paragon Site. Toensure that the described health and safety measures are working and that thehealth and safety procedures and instructions are followed in daily work. It is thedeveloper decided that all contractors by OCD management will be monitoring

the site safety by the PS tool. The tools must as a min. address the followingareas:

Location Date Controller / Monitor Work functions with ergonomic loads Work functions with noise and vibration Risk of falls of persons and equipment /materials Risk of people being struck by equipment and materials Working with chemicals and materials, including the cutting of concrete

and granite materials Working platforms / scaffolding Isolating and Markings Access, transport and evacuation routes Order and clear similarity

Purpose The Paragon Site is a method for monitoring and documentation of site safety andstandards. The company's management and staff are able to monitor the degree towhich the company lives up to its own safety standard.

It shows both the need for undertaking active accident prevention and partly onthe company can keep the rate is set by the developer.

This method helps to identify the areas where the impact of a preventive action isgreatest, revealing quickly if an area is a significant deviation from the agreedsafety standards.

    Method mainelements:

A mapping of work processes and physical conditions A risk assessment of the identified operations and activities Establishment of a limited number of measuring points based on the

    13. Time and Work plans Time

An important element of Process and time management is the PPA per cent of thePlanned and Accomplished which is a target for planning the reliability and agood tool for identifying and repairing failures in the assumptions.

    Mainschedule

    Process Plan

The main schedule is contract basis and developed by all major developers incollaboration with the building management. Are held weekly schedule meetingswhere major contractors coordinate their lots together.

Large firms are represented by the project manager and / or timing down and thedeveloper of project manager, construction manager and process facilitator.Process Plan's purpose is to organize a proper process with a fair allocation of time, space, etc. sized lots. The plan says how we should build segment. ProcessPlan is thus primarily large contractor s joint strategy on how to realize the mainschedule.

The planning takes place in cooperation between the major contractors and hissub-contractors as needed and building management (construction manager).

Weeklyplans Weekly plans are the operational plan for completion. It determines what we will

do. It will be prepared for two weeks with binding effect in the first and the secondas perspectives. Weekly plans contain only whole some activities.

Weekly plans meeting also aimed to review last week's activities to see if everything went as planned. On this basis, calculated PPA (per centPlanned Accomplished) and causes of irregularities found and corrected).

Weekly plans prepared on weekly plans meeting Friday morning of the sitemanager, trade contractor s and designers.

Courses OCD holds courses in safety induction. It is compulsory to attend thesemeetings.
