OLADE's Directive Council, in session on February 28 and 29, 2008, approved the Triennial Plan (for 2008-2010) based on 5 goals:

This was in answer to a letter received from the Under-Secretary of Sustainable Development under Guatemala's MEM, for that country to execute its technical cooperation with the IDB.

In addition, Argentina, Cuba, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic paid debts from former years for a total of US$ 302,240.00.
With the amounts from other income and contributions from cooperation agreements, the total income for 2009 was US$ 1,957,287.68, 45.04 % of which pertains to the 2009 Budget.
Total expenses at September 15, 2009, were US$ 1,545,376.72, which is 35.56 % of the budget amount.
