Hi, My name is Harry Sanders
I have 25+ years' experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on delivering superb technical support (TAC) toevery business partner or vendor associated with our network. . I foster professional relationships with each client ofthe network based on trust and understanding. I work hard each day to surpass all of my employers' expectations. Ihave an impressive record of successful implementation of large scale networks in a production environment. As mybackground shows, I am a Data Center Network Engineer. I have also worked on the vendor side for Lucent andZhone.
Data Center Skills: I've consistently maintained a and performed problem isolation for BankAmerica's 5000+ production Routers and Switch's in fully meshed Cisco IP Topology. That includes all (mac's) Move, Add,Change involving any configuration changes. Vendor Support: Worked for Lucent technologies supporting the GRF routers and Cascade switch.Performing testing for customer issues onsite and lab environment. Also, worked for Zhones technologies as Global Sales Support for their MPLS Switch. Exceptional relationship management: Ability to work with and effectively communicate with a number ofbusiness partner's, ie.. project manager's, design, engineering, and 1st and 2nd level support, Call Centers, andvendors..
I took a time off from Networking to concentrate on my vision. I had a setback with an optical issue. I worked hard tostay current with the our industry during my time away by studying any and everything of interest. Participating indiscussion groups like Cisco Professional's.
